How do I convert the BlanKid Buddy® from a Backpack into a Blanket and Travel Pillow?
Release the Velco®-like fasteners attaching the BlanKid's feet and hands. Open backpack and remove inner storage bag. Unzip both zippers on the sides of the backpack to spread it into a full-length blanket and place on the child. Wrap the BlanKid's arms behind child's neck, with arm humps facing upwards, and attach the fasteners at the hands to form the travel pillow. The straps on the lower part of the BlanKid can be fastened behind child's legs to secure the blanket in place. The straps must be released prior to child standing or walking.

How do I convert the BlanKid Buddy® from a Blanket & Travel Pillow into a Backpack?
Release the Velcro®-like fasteners on the BlanKid's hand and feet from behind the child's neck and legs. Pull both zippers from underneath the circular flaps towards the bottom of the blanket. Place the inner storage bag and its belongings inside the backpack and secure the fasteners on the outside of the inner bag to the fasteners below the BlanKid's tail on the inside of the backpack. Bring the tail up to the back of the BlanKid's neck and secure the 3 fastener tabs at the top of the backpack. Place the BlanKid's left foot over its left hand and secure the fastener tabs to form a backpack strap. Repeat this on the right side. The straps may be adjusted for a snug fit as well.

How do I convert the BlanKid Buddy® into a Pillow?
Once the BlanKid is in blanket form, wrap the thick upper arms around the animals head and attach with the Velcro®-like fastener tabs.  Fold the bottom of the blanket up over the animal face and upper arms and fold in half again in the same direction, then wrap each circular flap around the folded BlanKid.  Turn the BlanKid over to the side with the small sewn in circle to create a padded pillow area to lay the child’s head on.

Can the Evolution Pillow be washed or cleaned?
Yes. The cover is removable and machine washable and the memory foam can be surface cleaned by hand. To wash the cover, open the zipper on the back of the pillow to remove and machine wash on gentle, cold cycle.

How does the Evolution Pillow compact to fit its carrying bag?
The memory foam allows the pillow to fold easily and fit within the carrying back.

Does the Evolution Microbead come with a carrying case?
No, however the duplex slide-lock toggles can be used to attach the pillow to your bag, purse, backpack, or suitcase.

Can the Evolution Microbead be washed or cleaned?
The pillow is not machine washable, but can be surface cleaned by hand. Avoid any extreme temperatures as it could damage the microbeads.

"Processing" indicates that your order was received and is in the process of being packaged/shipped.  Please note that your order status may continue to say “Processing” after it has already shipped and arrived at its destination.

Blankid Buddy orders shipped ground are send using FedEx Smart Post  (USPS is the agency that will deliver to you house), which takes approximately 7-10 business days for delivery. 

All expedited and non-Blankid Buddy products are sent using FedEx, and home delivery takes 3-5 business days.  Expedited services deliver in the committed time for the respective service and are generally shipped by the next business day. 

For Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day - Super Saver shipments, orders MUST be received by 9:00AM PST for same day processing.

Any returns must occur within 14 days of receiving goods. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.  The return of the product(s) will be at your expense, but you will be credited for the cost of the product(s) once received and confirmed to be in its original packaging.

If your Groupon "Redemption Code" isn't working, please follow these steps.


1)  
Make sure you are using the correct code. The "Redemption Code" is an 8 Letter Only code.  To find it, click the "Print" or "Print All" button on your Groupon "My Stuff" page, which will open a PDF file with your "Redemption Code" located in the middle of the page. See Code Location Here

 Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.

 In order to apply the code, you must click the "Apply Coupon" button.
